Böhme in Salt Lake City is seeking a Part Time Time Sales Lead to join our store leadership team. You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure exceptional customer service, precise merchandising, and efficient store operations.

In this role you’ll manage opening/closing procedures, supervise staff, drive sales and KPI performance, handle POS transactions, and safeguard assets. You’ll build a positive, organized team environment and participate in leadership development and training

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• At least one-year supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work POS and other store computer applications.

Part Time Time Sales Lead

About Böhme

Böhme was founded by Vivien and Fernanda Böhme, two sisters from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil who immigrated to the United States as young girls. With the usual struggles of an immigrant family, work was inevitable from an early age. A Sales Lead is a member of leadership who works in conjunction with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation assignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Responsibility for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the

bank

• Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store
• Customer service. Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in sales
• Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks
• Cash register efficiency. Including cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns
• Product receiving, processing, inventory control, and product merchandising
• Complete price adjustments and markdown processes
• Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of böhme
• Report any customer or employee concerns / incidents to Store Manager
• Participation in leadership development programs, meetings, and completion of training materials
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
