Job summary

böhme in Missoula is seeking a Sales Lead to work with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and store operations.

You will lead the team, drive sales, handle cash deposits, and ensure accurate price adjustments, markdowns, and POS transactions. This part-time role requires weekend availability, minimum high school education, and at least one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening/closing procedures and cash deposits.
• Keep sales floor, backroom and cash wrap organized.
• Provide Gold Star customer service and drive sales.
• Lead team to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Manage POS, cash handling, discounts, exchanges, returns.
• Receive products and maintain inventory control.
• Perform price adjustments and markdowns.
• Uphold loss prevention standards and protect assets.
• Report customer or employee concerns to the Store Manager.
• Participate in leadership development and training.

About the role

A Sales Lead is an outgoing member of leadership who works in conjunction with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation assignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership.

Hours: 15-29 (must be willing to work weekends)

What you'll do

• Responsibility for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the bank
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store
• Customer service. Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in sales
• Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks
• Cash register efficiency. Including cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns
• Product receiving, processing, inventory control, and product merchandising
• Complete price adjustments and markdown processes
• Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of böhme
• Report any customer or employee concerns / incidents to Store Manager
• Participation in leadership development programs, meetings, and completion of training materials
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications
