Böhme is seeking a Sales Lead in Salt Lake City to partner with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and hitting sales goals. You will oversee opening/closing procedures, staff leadership, inventory control, and loss prevention while ensuring a clean, welcoming sales floor and accurate cash handling.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to train and motivate a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• At least one-year supervisory or leadership experience or equivalent education.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work POS, and other store computer applications.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for all store opening and closing procedures, including cash deposits to the bank.
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store.
• Provide Gold Star customer service and lead the team in sales.
• Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks.
• Cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns management.
• Process product receiving, inventory control, and product merchandising.
• Complete price adjustments and markdown processes.
• Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets.
• Report customer or employee concerns to Store Manager.
• Participate in leadership development programs and training materials.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Böhme was founded by Vivien and Fernanda Böhme, two sisters from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil who immigrated to the United States as young girls. With the usual struggles of an immigrant family, work was inevitable from an early age. Their strong work ethic, dedication, and passion for success lead to them opening Böhme in 2006 at just 23 & 24 years old. Böhme is led by Vivien’s mind for business as CEO and Fernanda’s eye for design as Creative Director. Today we have store locations across the western US and employ over 200 women.

A Sales Lead is a member of leadership who works in conjunction with the Store Manager to

maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation

assignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership.

What you will be doing:

• Responsibility for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the bank
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store
• Customer service. Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in sales
• Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks
• Cash register efficiency. Including cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns
• Product receiving, processing, inventory control, and product merchandising
• Complete price adjustments and markdown processes
• Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of böhme
• Report any customer or employee concerns / incidents to Store Manager
• Participation in leadership development programs, meetings, and completion of training materials
• Performs all other duties as assigned
