QVC Group is seeking a Sales Lead for our West Chester, OH location to deliver an inspiring shopping experience and lead a service-minded team. You will coach staff on product knowledge and collaborate with Visual Merchandising to maintain a visually compelling store environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify the guest experience; passionate about providing exceptional service and leading a team of service-minded associates.
• Coach team members on product knowledge and empower them with the tools necessary to meet the needs of our guest.
• Partner with Sales Lead-Visual Merchandising on product and assortment needs to ensure the store is visually compelling.
