Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Sales Associate for our West Chester, OH location. You will deliver an inspiring shopping experience, lead a team of service-minded associates, and ensure brand standards are met at every guest encounter.

You will coach team members on product knowledge, partner with Sales Lead-Visual Merchandising, and handle store opening/closing and banking tasks. Availability for flexible hours is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in specialty retail or equivalent experience.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems.

As a Lead Sales Associate, you will deliver an inspiring shopping experience in which our guests feel inspired and empowered to customize their space. You will promote the Frontgate brand at every guest encounter and ensure your stellar team exemplifies brand values, standards, and experiences. Your leadership will guide company programs, increase sales and set your store to exceed all expectations. You will report to the Assistant Store Manager.

Where You'll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, OH, location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. Store Hours Mon - Sat: 10am - 6pm | Sun: 12pm - 6pm

What You'll Do

• Exemplify the guest experience; passionate about providing exceptional service and leading a team of service-minded associates.


• Coach team members on product knowledge and empower them with the tools necessary to meet the needs of our guests.


• Partner with Sales Lead-Visual Merchandising on product and assortment needs to ensure the store is visually compelling.


• Perform store opening, closing, and banking activities.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry, but not required.


• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for floor-set execution.


• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs.


• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and POS systems.


• Additional physical requirements may be required i.e. climbing ladders.
