Ballard Designs in West Chester, OH is seeking a Sales Lead to drive exceptional guest experiences and lead a service-minded team on-site daily. You will coach staff on product knowledge and empower them to meet guest needs while collaborating with Visual Merchandising to keep the store visually compelling.
