Job summary

QVC Group, West Chester, OH is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to deliver an inspiring shopping experience and lead a team of service-minded associates.

You will coach on product knowledge, partner with Visual Merchandising on assortment, and handle opening, closing, and banking duties while meeting store goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in specialty retail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and mobility to stand for long periods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems.
