Pay Class: Full Time

Pay Rate: $11.86-16.01/hr

The Role:

A Visionworks Retail Third Key/Sales Lead is the face of our business, dedicated to ensuring the best experience for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/services, and managed vision care. The Sr. OS guides the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience, ensuring their eyewear needs are met simply, humanely, and boldly.

The Retail Third Key maintains license requirements per state guidelines and dispenses eyewear where required and licensed.

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring an excellent Customer/Patient Experience journey

• Engages with patients/customers and recommends products and services to meet their eye care needs

• Measures patients/customers for eyewear and maintains product/optical knowledge through continuous training to ensure eyewear is right the first time; troubleshoots eyewear needs as necessary

• Supports operational activities to meet store financial and customer experience goals, including opening and closing the store in LEAD positions

Qualifications:

• HS diploma, GED, or equivalent related experience

• Maintains Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed)
