Pay Class: Part time

Pay: $13.70 - $18.47 per hour

The Role:

A Visionworks Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead is the face of our business, dedicated to ensuring the best experience for every patient and customer. This role requires knowledge of optics, our products/services, and managed vision care. The Sr. OS guides patients/customers through the Visionworks experience, ensuring their eyewear needs are met effectively. A minimum of 12 months optical experience is required.

The SR. OS maintains necessary licenses per state guidelines and dispenses eyewear where required.

• Achieve daily sales goals by delivering excellent customer/patient experiences
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend suitable products and services
• Measure eyewear needs and maintain product knowledge through continuous training
• Support store operations, including opening and closing, in lead positions

Qualifications:

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, if applicable
