Pay Class: Full Time

Pay Rate: $11.86-16.01/hr

The Role

A Visionworks Retail Third Key/Sales Lead is the face of our business, dedicated to ensuring the best journey for every patient and customer. This role involves training and knowledge about optics, products/services, and managed vision care, guiding customers through their eyewear needs in a human and bold way. The role also requires maintaining licensing requirements per state guidelines and dispensing eyewear where required.

  • Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring an excellent Customer/Patient Experience
  • Engage with patients/customers and recommend suitable products and services
  • Measure and troubleshoot eyewear needs, maintaining product knowledge through continuous training
  • Support store operations, including opening and closing the store as needed in LEAD positions

Qualifications

  • HS diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Maintain Optician License requirements per state, if applicable
