Job Description

Love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above? If so, Rally House may be the perfect fit for you! As a Team Sales Lead, you will lead others, deliver results, and help set sales standards. Your responsibilities include coaching Sales Associates, maintaining the sales floor, delegating daily projects, and supporting store operations alongside Managers. Enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential!

Responsibilities

1. Staffing: Manage shifts and lead others.
2. Customer Service: Prioritize customer satisfaction.
3. Delivery of Results: Manage inventory and sales strategies.
4. Merchandising: Meet visual standards, organize floor moves, plan and execute merchandising strategies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Physical requirements: standing, walking, talking, hearing, handling objects, reaching, stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, lifting up to 50 pounds

Hourly pay ranges from $15.50 to $17.50.
