RRD, a leading global provider of marketing, packaging, print and supply chain solutions, is seeking an Associate - Sales in Chicago for a four-month training program. The role launches an entry-level career with robust coaching and hands-on exposure to prospecting, shadowing, and building client relationships.

The February 2027 cohort begins soon; Bachelor’s degree preferred, CRM experience a plus. Salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, with potential bonuses and full benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree (Preferred) in related fields with an interest in sales.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High motivation to learn and explain ROI to customers.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• Driven to succeed in sales.
• Sales internship or experience selling (Preferred).
• CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.

Mansioni

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives (some travel required).
• Assist senior reps in sourcing, securing and managing business (new and existing).
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
• Build a sales funnel for post-training assignment.
• Participate in further development opportunities through marketing and sales publications.
