Job summary

Guardian invites you to join a 10-week paid Summer Internship in Atlanta, GA. You will gain hands-on experience in a global financial services environment, interact with senior leaders, and contribute to real projects across offices.

You will work with sales teams, learn Guardian’s products and values, and build a professional network with interns and colleagues. The program includes coaching from leaders and a focus on collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• Interest in Sales and how different parts of the organization work together to achieve positive business outcomes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Demonstrated curiosity, willingness to learn, and desire to continuously improve
• Ability to manage time effectively, balance multiple priorities, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Have direct exposure to working with sales teams including being out on sales calls with veteran sales representatives
• Have the opportunity to work and learn from supportive leaders, mentors, and team members across the organization who will help coach you as you develop your professional career
• Learn about Guardian’s purpose, values, how we work, and our suite of product and service offerings
• Build a network of colleagues and have a sense of community with other interns and other parts of the business
• Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts, and other information
