Guardian's Summer Internship Program offers a paid, 10-week experience designed to immerse you in the daily operations of a global financial services company. You will work on meaningful projects, interact with senior leaders, and network with peers across offices during the 10-week period.

Open to current juniors with a May 2028 graduation, the program is built to develop collaboration, quick decision-making, and goal-focused performance in a sales-related environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Have direct exposure to working with sales teams, including sales calls with veterans.

• Build a network with colleagues and interns across the business for a sense of community.
• Think broadly, ask questions about data, and seek information to inform decisions.
