Job summary

Guardian's Summer Internship Program offers a paid, 10-week experience designed to immerse you in the daily operations of a global financial services company. You will work on meaningful projects, interact with senior leaders, and network with peers across offices during the 10-week period.

Open to current juniors with a May 2028 graduation, the program is built to develop collaboration, quick decision-making, and goal-focused performance in a sales-related environment.

Our 2027 Summer Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience where you will be immersed in the daily environment of a thriving global financial services company. You will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments, in addition to engaging in projects that directly affect our business, interact with senior leaders in conversational settings, and network with employees and interns across our offices. This 10-week internship provides you with realistic experiences and information of what it is like to work at Guardian.

Internship Dates:

The internship program will run from Thursday, May 27, 2027- Friday, August 6, 2027.

You are:

A current junior (graduation date of May 2028) who is fueled by collaboration, able to listen and make quick decisions and thrive in a goal-oriented environment.

Eligibility:

• Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization. F-1 visa holders with Optional Practical Training (OPT) who will require H-1B status, TNs, or current H-1B visa holders will not be considered. H1-B and green card sponsorship are not available for this position.
• You must be available for the full program dates of the internship program.

Salary Range:

$20.00 - $35.00
