Job summary

Prizm Pest Control is seeking driven, coachable individuals for its 2027 Sales Representative internship program in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on direct-to-home engagement to acquire new residential customers across multiple markets.

Selected candidates will undergo structured onboarding, field training, and leadership development, with a 2027 season running April–August and options for preseason leadership and sales training in Q1.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Experience in door-to-door or direct sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, resilience, and coachability expected.

Responsibilities

• Represent Prizm Pest Control professionally in assigned territories.
• Educate homeowners on Prizm's pest control solutions and seasonal behavior.
• Generate new residential customers through face-to-face outreach and consultative selling.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals tracked through CRM systems and dashboards.
• Participate in daily team meetings and territory strategy planning.
• Maintain professionalism, resilience, and accountability in a high-activity environment.
