Job summary

Prizm Pest Control in Raleigh, NC seeks a Sales Representative (Seasonal) for the 2027 Internship Program. This in-person, territory-based role focuses on acquiring new residential customers through direct-to-home outreach within assigned markets.

The program runs April 19–August 22, with preseason leadership and sales training available in Q1. This is a full-time seasonal opportunity with coaching and performance development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Door-to-door or direct sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong emphasis on coachability, resilience, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Represent Prizm Pest Control professionally within assigned territories.
• Educate homeowners on Prizm's pest control solutions and seasonal pest behavior.
• Generate new residential customers through face-to-face outreach and consultative selling.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals tracked through CRM systems and dashboards.
• Participate in daily team meetings, skill development, and territory strategy planning.
• Maintain professionalism, resilience, and adaptability in a high-activity environment.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to share best practices and drive success.
