Job summary

Prizm Pest Control is seeking driven sales representatives for the 2027 season across our Raleigh, Greensboro, and other North Carolina markets. This full-time, in-person role focuses on new customer acquisition through direct-to-home engagement in assigned territories.

You will receive hands-on training, daily coaching, and a path to leadership and ownership for top performers; competitive commissions and performance bonuses fuel growth during the seasonal program.

Qualifications

• Prior door-to-door or direct sales experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Strong work ethic, coachability, and resilience.
• Willingness to walk and train in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Represent Prizm Pest Control professionally within territories.
• Educate homeowners on pest control solutions and seasonal behavior.
• Generate new residential customers through face-to-face outreach.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals tracked through CRM.
• Participate in daily team meetings and territory strategy planning.
• Maintain professionalism, resilience, and adaptability.
