Prizm Pest Control invites motivated individuals to join its 2027 Sales Representative & Internship Program in Mesa, AZ, with placement in NC markets as applicable. This in-person role focuses on acquiring new residential customers through direct home visits and consultative selling.

The 2027 season runs April to August with onboarding, coaching, and leadership training opportunities designed to accelerate professional growth and potential ownership within a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Must be coachable with strong work ethic and resilience.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods during field work.
• Interest in sales leadership or entrepreneurship.

Responsabilités

• Represent Prizm Pest Control professionally within assigned territories.
• Educate homeowners on pest control solutions and seasonal behavior.
• Generate new residential customers through face-to-face outreach and consultative selling.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals tracked through CRM systems and dashboards.
• Participate in daily team meetings, skill development, and territory strategy planning.
• Uphold company values through reliability, communication, and accountability.
