Job summary

Shamrock Trading Corporation is seeking dynamic and ambitious students for a sales internship in Overland Park, Kansas. This program provides hands-on exposure to fuel, factoring and brokerage sales, with a focus on learning processes from lead generation to closing new accounts.

You will support client relationships, participate in strategic planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in business, sales, marketing or related fields.
• Expected graduation by mid/late 2028.
• Internship run dates are 6/7/27–8/13/27.
• Self-motivated with strong drive to succeed in sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in retaining existing clients and identifying new opportunities.
• Support maintenance of client relationships through effective communication.
• Learn and execute lead-to-closing processes.
• Develop new business by managing existing accounts and prospecting new leads.
• Sell and cross-sell the company’s value propositions to maximize profitability.
• Learn to present and explain financial products to clients.
