• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated and hard-working.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.). Multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new carriers to join the Ryan Transportation carrier network.
• Develop long-term relationships with shippers and carriers.
• Build and manage existing carrier network to meet shipping needs.
• Improve customer service, transit times and transportation costs.
