Qualifications

• Graduate by December 2027 or May 2028.
• Interest in a sales career and transportation or finance industries.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and hard-working with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new carriers to join the Ryan Transportation carrier network.
• Develop long-term relationships with shippers and carriers.
• Build and manage the existing carrier network to meet customer needs.
• Improve customer service, transit times and transportation costs.
• Coordinate logistics activities including scheduling and appointments.
• Track and trace orders and complete load paperwork.
• Learn and perform processes from negotiation to sales relationships.
• Work with Account Management to secure capacity and provide top service.
