Job description

The AI Sales Solutions Consultant is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing artificial intelligence solutions that improve sales productivity and business efficiency. This role partners with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, IT, Product, and other business leaders to discover opportunities where AI can streamline processes, reduce administrative burden, enhance customer interactions, and enable sales professionals to spend more time selling. The consultant researches emerging AI technologies, leads pilot initiatives, develops business recommendations, and supports organizational adoption to ensure AI investments deliver measurable business value.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, commensurate experience will be considered in lieu of degree

Technical Skills and Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Consulting, Sales Enablement, Process Improvement, or Technology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Salesforce Einstein, Gemini, or similar AI platforms
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes
• Experience with workflow automation and productivity tools
• Familiarity with change management practices
• Experience creating business cases and ROI analyses
