You will turn approved plan terms into actionable routines, create field content, and partner with multiple departments to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Banking sales and service strategy experience.
• Ability to develop field-facing content and deliver to frontline and leadership.
• Manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentations.
• Influence, negotiation, and facilitation across a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Own translation of sales and service strategy into field execution and adoption.
• Build implementation and engagement plan for each initiative with communications and tools.
• Create field-facing content such as playbooks and talking points; deliver via sessions.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development on training content and delivery.
• Support pilots, rollouts, and sustained adoption with leadership guidance.
• Partner with leaders from strategy through rollout, adoption, and optimization.
• Present to senior leadership on vision, approach, progress, risks, and recommendations.
• Monitor execution using business results, field feedback, and stakeholder input.
• Establish feedback loops and adjust plans with business leaders.
• Report on adoption, risks, opportunities, and compliance with regulations.
