Valley Bank is seeking a Sales Plan Administration and Governance Manager in Morristown, NJ. The role focuses on day-to-day governance and controls for sales incentive plans across Retail Banking, Small Business Banking, and Mortgage.

You will convert approved plan terms into operational routines, scorecards, and audit-ready documentation, serving as the central contact for inquiries, disputes, and exceptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in banking, sales and service strategy, business implementation, or project management with ownership through rollout and measured outcome.
• Ability to develop field-facing content and deliver it credibly to frontline and leadership alike.

Responsabilités

• Translate sales and service strategy into field execution, ensuring adoption and business outcomes.
• Build implementation and engagement plans, coordinating communications, content, tools, resources and leadership enablement.
• Create field-facing content like playbooks, job aids, talking points, and leader guides for delivery via sessions and forums.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development on training, providing business context and field perspective.
• Support pilots, rollouts, adoption, and ongoing optimization with leadership guidance.
• Partner with business leaders from strategy to rollout and optimization.
• Present initiative visions, approaches, progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Monitor adoption and results, identifying barriers and opportunities for improvement.
