Cavender Auto Family in Oklahoma City is hosting a Sales Hiring Event to connect motivated people with a career in automotive sales. As a Sales Professional, you'll help customers find the right vehicle and deliver an exceptional buying experience from the first conversation to the moment they drive away.

You’ll build relationships, present new and used vehicles, guide customers through selection and test drives, and use our CRM to stay organized.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and drive to succeed.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to pass background, MVR, and pre-employment drug test.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Professional, you’ll help customers find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional experience from the first conversation to the moment they drive away.

• Build relationships with customers and understand their vehicle needs
• Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles
• Guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives, and the purchasing process
• Follow up with customers and prospects to build lasting relationships
• Use our customer relationship management (CRM) system to stay organized and provide excellent service
• Work with your team to create a smooth, positive buying experience
