Job summary

Bray Process Control, a division of Bray Sales, Inc., seeks a Sales Manager / Deputy General Manager in Houston, TX. The role leads profitable growth across HVAC, chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, and power sectors.

You will drive bookings, mentor a sales and project team, and align commercial activities with branch operations to deliver exceptional customer partnerships and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires relocation to or residency in the Houston, TX area.
• Experience in automation, control valves, instrumentation, or related technical markets preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum of three years of progressive leadership experience in sales, operations, or project management.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and business metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth by expanding Bray's customer base and market presence.
• Lead and develop the sales team with coaching, opportunity reviews, CRM governance, and forecasting accuracy.
• Collaborate with project management, operations, engineering, and inside sales to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
• Support branch leadership and drive continuous improvement across commercial and operational functions.
