Job summary

Automation Personnel Services in Houston, TX is seeking a Selling Branch Manager who will lead our West Houston branch, driving revenue growth and mentoring the recruiting team. This in-person role requires hands-on leadership, strong outside sales skills, and a commitment to client partnership and operational excellence.

You will manage a team, develop new business opportunities, and deliver staffing solutions while traveling locally to client sites.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience required.
• Outside sales and business development experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and territory development.
• Confident presenting to business owners, hiring managers, and executives.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve branch and individual revenue goals.
• Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits.
• Build long-term partnerships with clients while expanding existing accounts.
• Lead, coach, and develop recruiters to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee branch operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and service excellence.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate staffing solutions with decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity, and pipeline reporting.
• Ensure company policies, standards, and core values are consistently upheld.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to support healthy client accounts and timely collections.
