Job summary

Springer Nature is seeking a Sales Development Manager, Data Licensing to scale our AI licensing efforts across GenAI, Text & Data Mining, and ARC3 initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams in a hybrid model based in New York or London, building pipelines and defining go-to-market approaches for AI-enabled research solutions.

The role requires experience in modern B2B prospecting, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data and research

Qualifications

• Experience in sales development or business development with a track record of pipeline generation.
• Ability to conduct consultative discovery conversations and articulate value of data/AI solutions.
• Familiarity with modern prospecting approaches and account-based engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI licensing pipeline across GenAI, Text & Data Mining, and ARC3 initiatives.
• Identify and define AI use cases, licensing needs, and buyer priorities with a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to influence campaigns and nurture programs.
