Denver Botanic Gardens is seeking a Full Time Assistant Manager of Visitor Services in the Membership and Visitor Services Department. The role supports daily operations, staff and volunteer supervision, cash handling, and customer service excellence.

The position requires an associate degree in a museum/cultural environment and at least 3 years of supervisory experience, with strong communication and Microsoft Suite skills. Flexible scheduling may include evenings and weekends to support events.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a museum/cultural environment or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Visitor Services operations.
• Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff and volunteers.
• Manage cash drawer, deposits and financial reconciliation.
• Resolve customer service issues and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain admissions hours and support during events and holidays.
