Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Supervisor Sales Front Desk to assist in providing Owners/guests with exceptional experiences and events, creating memorable vacation memories while upholding brand standards. The role supports a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment with uncapped earning potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Ideal candidates will have sales or customer service experience, enjoy interacting with guests, and be able to work a flexible schedule

Competenze

Sales or customer service experience.
Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Strong guest service and communication skills.
Background check and drug screening may be required.

Mansioni

Oversees data entry regarding sales tours, site packages, and self-generated leads into the computer software system.
Coaches and develops associates.
Ensure the gallery has hospitality items throughout the sales gallery in all locations.
Promotes awareness of brand image internally and externally.
Cleans and maintains equipment and supplies.
Completes all Daily Checklists and reports and turns them into management at the end of the shift.
