Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Supervisor Sales Front Desk to assist in providing Owners/guests with exceptional experiences and events, creating memorable vacation memories while upholding brand standards. The role supports a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment with uncapped earning potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Oversees data entry regarding sales tours, site packages, and self-generated leads into the computer software system.
• Coaches and develops associates.
• Ensure the gallery has hospitality items throughout the sales gallery in all locations.
• Promotes awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Cleans and maintains equipment and supplies.
• Completes all Daily Checklists and reports and turns them into management at the end of the shift.

Typical Day

To Become a Supervisor Specialist Sales Front Desk

Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.

Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Sales experience preferred.

Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.

Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
