• 5+ years of data analytics experience focusing on data quality.
• Exceptional data expertise in analysis, insights creation, and visualization.
• Advanced CRM and ERP data processing skills with reporting/queries.

Responsibilities

• Improve forecast reliability and accuracy for enterprise products.
• Incorporate data insights to guide sales strategies and decisions.
• Assist with global data reconciliation across CRM, financial, and forecasting systems.
• Ensure data hygiene in Salesforce and forecasting platforms with product updates and pricing analysis.
• Establish metrics to measure forecasting performance and data quality.
• Provide hands-on support to the sales team with dashboards and training.
• Support forecasting projects, process automation and analytics improvements.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends and correlations in large data sets.
• Identify data anomalies and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Extract reliable data from multiple sources to identify insights and opportunities.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and provide actionable recommendations.
