Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in sales analysis.
• Excel expert with large data sets (VBA, dashboards, pivot tables, data import/export).
• Strong research and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Projection and forecasting skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Degree in business administration, finance, or marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvement with executives and leaders.
• Identify and report on key indicators of sales performance and market opportunity.
• Monitor and analyze competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
• Evaluate sales performance, propose business process changes, and develop metrics.
• Analyze data and present results to drive business actions in critical areas.
• Use graphs and infographics to visualize data.
• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports to identify patterns and assess targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
