Job summary

JustFoodForDogs is seeking a Sales & Operational Planning Analyst to join our remote team. You will operate the automated forecasting engine, coordinate inputs from commercial and sales teams, and drive data quality across the demand planning process.

Reporting to the S&OP Manager, you will optimize the forecast, monitor accuracy, and support cross-functional partners to deliver reliable, actionable insights while advancing our planning capabilities and data systems.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain analytics.
Proficiency in Excel; Python or SQL experience is a plus.
Ability to manage a repeatable monthly process with multiple stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication; explain forecast to a non-technical audience.
Genuine interest in forecasting models and improving them.
Experience with BI/planning platforms is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute monthly S&OP demand cycle and validate inputs from commercial and sales teams.
Monitor forecast accuracy, analyze variances, and report wMAPE by channel and SKU.
Collaborate with commercial and supply teams to finalize templates and inputs.
Maintain data pipelines and ensure accuracy of NetSuite and Fabric data integrations.
Support onboarding of team members to the forecasting process and governance.
