Job summary

Castle Megastore is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a dynamic sales floor team in Eugene, Oregon. You will model excellent customer service, guide the team toward targets, and coach staff to optimize performance.

You’ll onboard new hires, maintain attractive displays, and collaborate with Store Management to sustain a positive culture. The role offers growth into higher leadership positions in a fast-paced environment.

Retail Sales Floor Supervisor | Castle Megastore

Do you get a kick out of helping people improve at what they do? Are you at your best when there's a target to hit? Castle Megastore is looking for a hands-on leader to guide a sales team and shape the customer experience in our Silverdale store.

About the Role

As a Sales Supervisor, you'll be out on the floor with your team, setting the tone for service and showing them what great selling looks like. You'll turn goals into daily habits, recognize good work, and step in with coaching when someone needs a hand.

Your Day-to-Day
