Castle Megastore is seeking a hands-on Retail Team Lead to guide a sales floor and shape the customer experience in our Albuquerque store. You will lead the team on the floor, model excellent service, and turn goals into daily habits.

You will onboard new hires, coach current staff, and partner with Store Management to boost morale and maintain store presentation. A proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment will fit well.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail sales team.

Retail Team Lead, Sales Floor | Castle Megastore

About the Role

As a Sales Supervisor, you'll be out on the floor with your team, setting the tone for service and showing them what great selling looks like. You'll turn goals into daily habits, recognize good work, and step in with coaching when someone needs a hand.

Your Day-to-Day

• Work alongside associates on the floor and model excellent customer service
• Guide your team toward sales targets by sharing product knowledge and proven selling approaches
• Track daily sales numbers, call out successes, and spot chances to coach
• Onboard new hires and keep developing your current team
• Keep displays, stock levels, and store presentation in top shape
• Partner with Store Management to boost morale and keep the team culture positive
• Make shopping here enjoyable enough that customers want to return
