Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader for our Stockton store to drive sales, service and operations.

You will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates and provide leadership. You will perform a variety of tasks from cashiering and merchandising to maintaining store standards and guest experience, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles while earning benefits through our comprehensive Teammate

Qualifications

• Prior retail or leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and deliver legendary service.
• Assist with cashiering, register procedures, and product displays.
• Support store management in merchandising and operations.
• Help recruit and develop Teammates in collaboration with leadership.
• Ensure adherence to policies and maintain store cleanliness.
