Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets and other KPIs.
• Lead the sales floor with styling expertise and product knowledge, delivering a welcoming customer experience.
• Build client relationships through regular contact and prompt follow-up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Coach and collaborate with colleagues and support company policies and initiatives.
• Open and close the store following procedures and maintain organized sales floor and stockroom.
