• 2 years of retail sales experience; some management is a plus
• Ability to lead a sales floor and model successful selling behaviors
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Set daily performance objectives and lead the sales floor during assigned shifts
• Drive sales and conversion by analyzing the business and coaching selling behaviors
• Meet or exceed KPIs for personal performance and team results
• Support training and development of the part-time team
• Maintain brand presentation and adhere to company SOPs
