Job summary

• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Use StoreForce dashboard results to coach the sales team and optimize shop floor structure to meet sales goals.
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class customer service and product demonstrations, listening to consultations and collaborating with the team to exceed daily goals.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values, including Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging in-store and via community events.
• Product Passion: Deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations for every need.
