Job summary

Lush Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team across the business. You’ll drive sales, open/close the store, analyze results, and lead training sessions to deliver an exceptional customer experience and operational excellence.

On the floor, you’ll coach a team of sales associates, foster a positive environment, and ensure the brand values of fighting animal testing, ethical buying, and 100% vegetarian products are reflected in daily interactions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in customer service and sales.
• Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience with coaching, feedback, and training.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through coaching using StoreForce analytics.
• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors to improve performance.
