Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling, open/close procedures, and inventory flow.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Leads, supervises, and motivates staff to ensure daily merchandise flow.
• Coaches and trains store team and supports staffing.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies.
• Maintains store image and customer service standards.
• Oversees receiving, pricing, and display of merchandise.
• Opens/closes store and manages cash handling and end-of-day procedures.
• Maintains clean, hazard-free store and conducts floor checks.
• Responsible for revenue and expense budgets and achieving goals.
• Schedules employees for adequate coverage.
• Performs other duties as required.
