Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana is hiring a Sales Floor Manager to lead daily store operations, coach staff, and ensure strong customer service. You will manage cash handling, scheduling, and store presentation while maintaining safety and budget targets.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in Boutte, LA. Retail leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Retail leadership or sales experience preferred.
• Must read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Leads, supervises, and motivates store employees to ensure a daily merchandise flow.
• Coaches, trains, develops, and leads the store team; staffing support.
• Ensures compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintains a clean store environment and excellent customer service.
• Oversees receiving, pricing, and display of merchandise; opens/closes the store.
• Balances cash, handles deposits, and performs end-of-day procedures.
• Maintains a hazard-free store and conducts hourly floor checks.
• Performs duties of store personnel, including POS transactions.
• Drives budget achievement and cost control; supports scheduling needs.
