Job summary

Goodwill Industries Of Central Florida Inc in New Orleans is seeking a Sales Floor Lead to support daily store operations and drive sales performance. You will assist the Store Manager and Sales Floor Manager, oversee staff during shifts, and help maintain a clean, welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; supervisory experience or 90 days in service industry.
• Able to read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Retail training completion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle voids, returns, exchanges, and credits.
• Ensure proper rotation and stocking of store merchandise.
• Model professional behavior and mentor Sales Floor Associates.
• Maintain a clean, presentable store with safe, hazard-free conditions.
• Attend regularly scheduled shifts and complete daily floor checks and monthly safety inspections.
