Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in a retail environment OR 5 years of experience in a retail environment.
• 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Experience supporting Pro customers and supervising teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enable a team of associates to deliver the best possible customer experience in the store.
• Coach and train associates, delegate tasks, and monitor daily performance.
• Oversee customer-facing activities and store safety, including safety walks and hazard reporting.
• Support merchandising decisions, down stocking, and area recovery as needed.
