Job summary

BROBSTON GROUP LLC in Las Vegas seeks a Senior Client Advisor to lead store sales and client development while upholding visual merchandising and operational standards. This role models customer service excellence and, when needed, assumes store leadership in the absence of management.

You must be able to work a seven-day schedule, build relationships with high-end clientele, and maintain a polished selling floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail or boutique environment selling high-end goods and serving clientele-oriented sales.
• Ideally possesses a cultivated and established clientele following.
• Availability for open scheduling in a market with seven-day operations, including weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Demonstrated independent work ethic, time management, and integrity.
• Ability to handle customer interactions and resolve concerns courteously and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, managing ongoing communication and outreach.
• Provide exceptional customer service and set the standard for client experience and store presentation.
• Maintain selling floor, merchandise presentation, and visual merchandising standards.
• Open and close the store and complete associated procedures and operational tasks.
• Support special events and projects such as sample sales and physical inventory.
• Assist with store-level operational duties and support team members as needed.
• Oversee store and staff responsibilities in the absence of Store Management.
