Job summary

NoBroker is hiring a Sales Expert L1 to operate remotely across Pan India. The role involves outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and closing sales to generate revenue. Training will be provided for the initial 7 days to understand the end-to-end process.

The candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS-Office; day shifts (8 AM–10 PM) and six-day work weeks are required.

Qualifications

• Education- Any 10th, 12th and Diploma, Graduates, Postgraduates. (with 0-3 years of exp.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good Interpersonal skills, numerical, analytical ability and decision-making skills.
• Language required: English, Hindi, Kannada or English, Hindi, Telegu or English, Hindi, Tamil or English, Kannada, Tamil or English, Kannada, Telugu.
• Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
• Should be flexible for day shift- (9-hour of login between 8 AM - 10 PM).
• Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekday.
• Laptop with webcam, good speed Internet connection and power backup is a must.

Responsibilities

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions.
• Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data sources.
• Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization.
• About Training- Training will be provided for initial few days like 7 days for an employee to understand end to end process.

for freshers: 12000-14000 (inhand) +2,000(net allowance) + incentives

for PF: 15800-16800 (CTC)
