BigBull Research is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to work from home in the United States. You will engage with traders and investors, explain research services, and manage client relationships.

You will be expected to meet daily and monthly sales targets, complete high-volume calls, and maintain accurate CRM data and reporting. A strong focus on compliance and professional communication is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead conversion: connect with potential traders and investors via verified leads.
• Sales & service pitching: explain research services and plans clearly.
• Client relationship management: assess needs and recommend suitable services.
• Target achievement: pursue daily and monthly sales targets.
• Daily calling: 100+ connected calls or 3.5+ hours talk time via cloud telephony.
• CRM & reporting: update call dispositions, follow-ups, and WhatsApp status.
• Customer follow-up: maintain regular follow-ups to maximize conversions.
• Compliance: maintain honesty, professionalism, and compliance in interactions.

• Target Achievement: Consistently work toward daily and monthly sales targets.
• Daily Calling: Complete 100+ connected calls or a minimum of 3.5 hours of talk time through the companys official cloud telephony system.
• CRM & Reporting: Accurately update call dispositions, follow-ups, and WhatsApp communication status on the company dashboard.
• Customer Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects to maximize conversions.
• Compliance: Maintain complete honesty, professionalism, and compliance in all client interactions. No misleading or unauthorized promises.
