Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a driven Sales Expert/Leasing Consultant in Durham, NC. You will assist prospective residents in finding the right apartment, using consultative selling alongside strong communication, and deliver a warm, service-focused experience that supports renewals and long-term resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are self-driven, possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, and are comfortable with social media and MS Office tools.
